Return & Refund Policy

All products at MAO • MS are made to order through print-on-demand. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• Wrong size selected
• Change of mind
• Personal preference

We will replace or refund your order if:

• The item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item

How to submit a claim:

1. Email us at mao.ms.sport@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the received item
3. We will respond within 1–2 business days
4. If approved, a replacement will be sent at no extra cost

Please note:

• A clear photo of the received item is required to process any claim. Claims submitted without photo evidence cannot be processed.
• We do not cover losses due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval
